UUFN offers two opportunities for meditation sittings.
You are welcome to join one or both.

These sessions are a combination of Zen Meditation, Daoist Meditation, and Mindfulness Meditation.
Sessions are led by Bill McCracken, a Dharma Teacher in the Zen tradition, teacher of Daoshu (methods of alignment with the Dao), and Certified Mindfulness Teacher.

If you are interested in attending on Monday in person, please arrive at UUFN by 5:45pm.

Virtual (Zoom): Zen Meditation

If you are interested in attending on Wednesday via Zoom, please send an email by the prior Monday to zen@uufn.org for a Zoom link. Please include your email address within the text of your message.

The true purpose of Zen is to see things as they are, to observe things as they are, and to let everything go as it goes.
