THE DELAWARE IMMIGRANT FUND (Under the umbrella of Network Delaware) provides direct cash assistance to immigrant Delawareans who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic but are excluded from federal relief and ineligible for most state safety net programs. NETWORK DELAWARE leverages citizen led community empowerment, research analysis and leadership development to enact lasting socioeconomic change.
