Share the Plate – Preston’s March for Energy

For January 2018 UUFN will be sharing our plate with Preston’s March for Energy.

Preston’s March for Energy is a local nonprofit organization that provides adaptive bikes to children with special needs. Each bike is adapted specifically for each child. These are children who never thought they could or would ride a bike. Preston’s March for Energy serves children nationwide but right now out of 86 children on their waiting list, 23 are from the New Castle County area.  Adapted bikes cost between $1,500-$2,000 each.
