In the 1960s, Stephen Karpman, who was a therapist with an interest in acting, developed a model of human relationships that he called "The Drama Triangle." There are 3 roles, represented by the 3 points on the triangle. These roles are ones we may all find ourselves in from time to time, but they are roles that can keep us stuck.
