T’ai Chi Chih Class
T’ai Chi Chih - taught by Jan Walker, Accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor will continue to meet on Mondays during the summer months. Beginning Monday, May 22nd, we will meet outdoors at the corner of the UUFN parking lot. Please bring a chair and water. If there is inclement weather we will meet in Walden Lounge.
10:00 am - 11:00 am
T’ai Chi Chih, Joy Thru Movement, is a moving, mindfulness meditation consisting of 19 movements and one pose. TCC can be done standing or seated. Benefits include peace of mind, improved health, and simply joy.
This is an ongoing, drop-in class and beginners are welcome. If you miss a class, you can jump right back in.
Friends from the community are invited to attend.
Class is free, optional donations can be made to the UUFN Share the Plate.

Jan began her T’ai Chi Chih journey in 2014 after working in the fields of nursing and massage therapy for 40 years. It was a natural fit for her.
She became accredited to teach TCC in November 2021.
