Stretch, Balance, Relax Classes

Every Thursday at 9:30am for a one hour class.
Held in MacKinnon Hall.
Your certified instructor is Dona Zingaro, C.Y.I. who has over 15 years of experience in Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Fitness for Older Adults.

The goal for these classes is to help the largest growing population at every physical level to become healthier while having fun doing it!
Single Class is $15.00 per person. No reservation is required.
All walk-ins are welcome!
Please bring a Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Small Towel, and wear loose clothing.
