Mindfulness Practices (M)

We will be hosting in-person Mindfulness Practices Exploration on Monday evenings. These sessions will be led by Bill McCracken (same person offering the MBSR course).
We will be exploring different mindfulness practices that will be directed in-part by the attendees interests. These Monday sessions are open to all.
What are you interested in exploring? Bill has a wide range of mindfulness experience that we can draw upon.
We will be meeting from 6:00 – 7:30 pm (in Fahs Hall during construction)
