It’s time for budget requests again. If you are responsible for accomplishing a part of our mission (UUFN is a community of spiritual seekers inspired to promote a just and compassionate world) or support functions, please send your proposed budget for next fiscal year (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) and why we need it to treasurer@uufn.org by February 14. This submission date was selected to allow review of the status of expenses relative to our budget for this fiscal year at the half-way point (report sent with the Call to Meeting for our January 24 Winter Congregational Meeting) and for discussion and/or questions at our Lay Leaders Meeting on February 7. The budget requests will be compiled into a proposed budget, which will be used by our Stewardship Team as the goal for our Pledge Drive in March. After the pledge drive, the Finance Committee and the Board will review and reconcile the budget with the total pledges and recommend approval of the budget at the Annual Meeting of the Congregation in May.
