Dona has been a Yoga Instructor for 10 yrs. and has her C.Y.I. Certification in Hatha Yoga, as well as Mat Pilates and Qi Gong.

Single Class Fee…$15.00 per person

Arrive 10 minutes prior to class
Bring your Yoga Mat (we only have a few to borrow)
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small towel.
