UUFN Calls Reverend Andrew Weber to be Our Minister
End of our Interim Ministry, Beginning AnewAt our congregational meeting called to hold the vote, the membership of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Newark voted to call the Reverend Andrew L. Weber to be our minister. Reverend Andrew accepted the call and the contract was signed by the appropriate authorities. Congratulations are in order. Congratulations on a job well done by the ministerial search committee. Congratulations to Reverend Weber on his first settled ministry. Congratulations to the members of the fellowship on your patience with your leaders and the process.
UUFN Gardens Featured in NAA Tour
Please Join A Work PartyOn Sat. June 8th, Newark Arts Alliance is sponsoring a Garden Tour, and we are one of the featured stops! For more info on the tour or to purchase tickets, go to www.newarkartsalliance.org. UUFN members are welcome to tour UUFN members are welcome to tour our gardens for free. The Landscape Committee will be very busy getting everything ready and we would love your help. Consider attending a Work Party, even if you only have an hour or so to share. No special knowledge or skills are needed and children are welcome. Lunch is always served. If you'd love to help out but can't come on Saturday, contact Ingrid Jackoway for a job that fits your time and interests.
